Refund Policy

A fair refund policy.

Trafosys Technologies have simple & transparent refund policy. It's quick and hassle free. So incase if you are ever discontented/unhappy with either of our services please feel free to contact our support team and we will make sure will take care of you. Incase if you ever change your mind we will refund all the balance credit left unused upon decision of cancelling an account with us except the initial setup charge & storage charges.

Examples of full refunds we would grant for Trial account

  • You need to register with us.
  • We will ask you to add credit of 10,000/- INR (as an advance deposit) In trial period you can generate maximum 3 designs.
  • Trial period is last only for 7 days.
  • During trial period you can view/download your data and reports.
  • Once trial period is over, if you do not want to continue, we will refund full amount i.e. 10,000/- INR to you within 7 working days.
  • If you want to continue, we will debit this 10,000/- INR as setup charges.

Examples of full refunds we would grant for live account

  • You need to register with us.
  • We will ask you to add credit of 10,000/- INR (as an advance deposit)
  • You can use our trial offer
  • Once you are happy with our application, you need to activate your trial account to live account.
  • We will charge your advance 10,000/- INR as setup charges once in a life time.
  • We will also charge 10,000/- INR yearly for data storage charges against service.
  • And you will need to add credit to generate your designs. Check our Pricing plan.
  • If you want to cancel your account, you can do anytime.
  • Once you decide to cancel your account, we will refund all the balance credit 100% within 7 working days, except setup and storage charges.
